Our managemet team can help you develop a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) detailing the specific availability requirements of your system(s).  We then install monitoring software from Euclid to guarantee ongoing compliance with your SLA.  This is a robust set of software tools, useful during the entire development/beta cycle, and then used to maintain the same SLA in live production.

Our OPS designs are concentric, actively using all CPU nodes.  This allows full usage of your hadware investment and a large savings on sofware licensing for your firm.
